friday the 13th has been really bad for me

i've just bought a house and completion was supposed to be yesterday...... but my solicitors weren't ready so it got postponed to today.......then at 11am, the other side rang to say they're not ready til next friday (even though they were yesterday ) I've got a van booked for monday all my stuff in boxes and nowhere to live from monday
