How od u get ur hair to stay blue?

 

I paid £60 for blue highlights in my hair and they washed out in 3 weeks. I then had the bottom half of my hair dyed blue by a friend (she is doing a hair dressing course at college) and it too had vanished after about 3 weeks.

Not what ya wanna hear but blue hair dye doesn't dye very well, it's a pain in the ass and i can only be arsed cos i really like blue! best hair dyes in general are fudge hair dyes in my opnion.

Also, try using colour protect shampoo's i suppose. Or dax shampoo is good as not so much of the colour seems to run out and it gets rid of dax wax in your hair in just one wash, evil stuff that dax is.

And i'm gonna stop rambling now, been up since 12pm saturday, didn't get to ebd after frantic

When i had blue streaks put in my hair for one of the gatecrashers it was a major disaster! They were supposed to wash out & didnt! Ended up having to have them bleached out instead!

I'm with Shen on this, I love my hair blue, and I like the blue it fades too, but I find about 3 weeks is the longest i can go before having to re-dye it. I just use cheap Lariche Directions, which is about £3 a pot, and seeing as I only dye the top (I have an undercut), I can get 2 or 3 times from a pot.

My Hairs half way down my back, it would cost me a fortune

u could just colour ur pubes blue like me

You could get fake extensions put in, expensive, but will last a while

I wear extensions all the time when i go out - cheap & looks effective as the real thing

indeed! i think jenny is gonna get fake bits out in, red, white and blkue

I got red clip in extension things, made from the hair they use for real extensions (about £8 for a length of it) then some flat clip things that i sew the hair onto and clip in... will take a pic on the cam in a lil while and upload it for u!!
