SS has been paying someone to look for clubbers going under or taking GB and throwing them out of the club

 

I saw someone go under at the last one and I was suprised when the paramedics said to his mate "dont worry, we're not going to chuck him out, when he wakes up we'll let him back in the club". I assumed they would actually just chuck him out but they didnt.

 

Must admit I am really impressed with the door staff and the paramedics at sunny d north, they have a superb attitude and very friendly.

I'm really suprised at that too although in the past people recovering in the medic room have been allowed to continue clubbing but they got banned for 3 months after.

Ahhh the days when it was rammed, not so good for movin and dancing but still a wicked wicked place... it is now still without a doubt, my fave club....but does make u think how many people dont go now!! Iv been goin for a few years too now and i will be gutted if it closes as along with insomniacz it was one of my earliest proper decent clubbing memories!!

The medics do a brilliant job - SS has always had a problem with any drug in there not just gb. Look back to when it was at Uropa & 3 people died in 3 months (tho that also included birminghm as well). They are always going to have to be extra careful that there isnt a repeat of that or there will be no more Sundissential.

Don't worry. The northerners have plenty of other places to go to do drugs.

it not just about losing a club... everyone knows each other in there... not sure the same atmosphere exists in any other club

 

southerners go there too

From what I've heard about SS it does have a unique atmosphere. Shame it's closing before I get a chance to go there.

This is awful news... I went to SS North for the first time a few weeks ago and had an incredible time. I sooo hope that this doesn't happen
