    I smoked for a little while took me gettin sick to quit..lol.. its hard to quit if you've been smokein for a long time..just hang in there it'll be ok.. wavey.gif

    Good luck with the no smoking. I've decided not to give up till agter my exams. My friend who does psychology told me that to give up around new years is psychologically harder anyway.
