am fine at the moment, just when i'm feeling pissed off or had a big meal i want a ciggie, am nto drinking so that not a problem at the moment. Also this cough is an incentive not to smoke. but i suppsoe i'll be puffing like a chimnet come exams week in 9 days time paranoid.gif

    No worries- I know how tough it is- but well worth it in the long run- keep at it- may not be too encoraging but 1st 3 months are by far the worst
