the new glowsticks I got at Passion are best. They alternate between red blue and green as you twirl them. Superb.

Escapism is a wonderful tool, I love individuality, imagination and enthiusiasm as well.

 

I've always lived half in the world of fantasy, it makes life interesting and you dont need to get [censored] up to do it.

 

Over the past 2 years Ive turned into a fantasy character that I play out when I go clubbing called toyboy...........I'm a little bit rude, a little bit naughty but always nice and polite.

I'm a candykid not a cyberkid.............the difference being that I rely a lot more on candy bracelets, sweets and lollies, toys, fur, and generally spangle and fluff rather than cyber which relies mainly on flourescant, UV, spikes and generally futuristic.

 

I also follow the rules of PLUR....Peace Love Unity and Respect.......all 2 way things......never 1 way.

 

This escapism does enter into my normal life(for xmas I only got 2 types of presents...cds and toys) and sometimes into my [censored] life (even though I [censored] on building sites with big hairy arsed builders) but i think i manage to ride the wave that plunges into complete schitzophrenia(just about). I know how reality works I just choose to ignore its tedium and nastiness and live life differently.

 

There are positive points and negative points to living in this style.........positive my social circle is humongous as there are very few barriers.........negative my relationships with the opposite sex, whether sexual or not are always very very complicated and longwinded as fantasy can get in the way.

 

I'm a complete pacifist (you wouldnt be able to pick a fight with me) I dislike -ists........rasists, sexists etc. and I've got an extremely broad mind, listening to any new idea.

 

Maybe I am wierd, or just trying to return to a time when I felt safe, but I seem to be happy living like this and thats all that counts as far as Im concerned.

 

I agree with u blonde raver that materialism and consumerism are just self defeating.

 

Never believe anyone that tells you that your dreams are stupid or that you can never achieve them, these are negative people who give up far too easily or jealous people who wish they could find something like you've found.

 

Keep delving into that alternative world and always, always ask the question WHY?
