right, my mate said that its pretty inevitable that u will do damage to ur hair by havin them min.... how long u have the ententions in depends on how badly its damaged.... obviously the longer theyre in the more damage.... if u use all the special products then that does help but again, they dont [censored] miracles!! Get them done by a reputable hairdresser too if ur gonna get em done cos apparantly theyre easy to [censored] up if done wrong too!! My mate did also say tho that they wouldnt be available to have if they were really really bad and that the hair damage should repair itself if u look after it well afterwards!! Hope this helps u a bit!! smile.gif

Cheers sweetheart, I guess I am just gonna have to wait and see how long my hair grows...maybe I could try stretching it on a rack or something! I guess it wouldn't hurt to have them just for three weeks or so, the only thing that worries me is that I wouldn't be able to have them taken out before my honeymoon, which is when they may go a bit grotty. My hair is in very good condition anyways, so I may have to risk it! Cheers for the help anyways! smile.gif

If u only have 'em in for about a month and your hairs in good nick then go 4 it! I had mine in for 6 months and my hair was in v bad nick when i had them done so it was different but my hair was wicked for the 1st month and longer, it's only after a couplle of months they start to fall and thin out!

If your hair is is v good nick now if u go to a decent place to have them done u should b fine with nice long locks! grin.gif
