They're all different, but in general it's musky and bit sorta salty, but I couldn't make a comparrison with any actual food that I've eaten

 

It's not unpleasant tho

 

 

ive also found that that birds of different races have different whiffs too, not in a bad way, just different, i like a good bit of muff diving
