i just compared the new pressing of traffic to the old one

 

the difference is remarkable. much louder and a lot more detailed.

 

its quite hard to find other tracks that sit next to these tunes without them sounding dull blink.gif

ahhh i see now... I didnt order my vinyl copies until today so wont find that out till tomorrow... maybe a couple of tweeks of the EQ will bring it to a similarish level?

 

the version of adagio i got is very crisp and clear, but then most stuff on cd usually is, even it is copied str8 from vinyl..
