I need my top front left tooth pulled out and replaced with an implant. Apparently an implant is about £950 but you can get cheaper on the NHS I think.

I think I can get a discount if I fill in a form, will have to look into it.

 

It got knocked out when I was about 10 or 11, they stuck it back in but cos it was dead didn't grow anymore. When I was 16 they drilled it down to the root and screwed in a cap but my gum's been receding recently and now it's gone wobbly.

 

I don't want to be gappy.
