Totally! There is no good reason to try and live life to the full!

 

just keep it gently ticking over, nothing new, nothing exciting, geeze it's the remedy for happiness

I think the true intention of the 'no tomorrow' phrase is for people who dread the thought of tomorrow - be it [censored] etc... - perhaps negative or suicidle people - very strange saying in my mind.

 

Saw a rather worrying statistic about % of people in the UK with mental health problems or who suffer from severe depression and need to take medication - it was on a london underground advert - i think it was a Samaritans poster - i cant quite remember the figure but it was staggering. The message was good on it - something about "listening to each other more".

yeah i saw that too, surprised me as well. kinda shocking if it's true to know how many people feel liek that at some point in their lives.

I think its something like 1 in 4 people, but thats not just depression it includes things like panic attacks and aggrophobia ect.
