Actually am trying to sort out all of the products of my previous PCR products so I can subject them to RFLP analysis and so get lots of pretty patterns....

 

It's supposed to be snowing here today, maybe I will get to go home early if it looks like driving could be dangerous later on. However, I am not holding my breath, the sun has just come out!

Actually isn't all that bad. Takes a half hour to set all the stuff up and then you have between two to three hours in which to do bugger all...and then you do it all again! i can think of many worse things to be doing..but then I suspect you have an innate hating of genetics!

that i do, lol. done enough of the sodding stuff, really wish i had got onto the normal biology course where all the interesting stuff was!
