Ok, some person bought this from ebay. Read the title carefully, also check out the sellers rating. It's fairly comical that the seller managed to do this.

there is nothing wrong with what the seller did. He didnt try and ilude anyone when they did there description, its just that the people who bidded for the item were daft.

sorry, to clarify: i believe the seller made that, but i don't believe he did/was able to force the buyer into actually paying that. eBay would step in and point out the obvious.

Dunno ... it's a borderline case ... if you read the description it's blatant that he's only selling the box...?

 

There isn't one misleading statement in the item description or title.

Admittedly, it sorta helped that the name "X-Box" has the word "box" in it!

There are so many ways to scam ppl on ebay its untrue..

by the looks of it, the buyer payed, also the buyer wasnt to know that it was only a box before paying, if they hadnt already realised from the item description. Seems to be a very easy thing to pull off, but its abit to cruel to try.
