i bought an outfit i have worn 5 times last year, and it cost me £103. it has now become discolured and all the colour has ran (i have not washed it).

 

i sent an email to ''strawberri peach'' in manchester and i cannot believe how cheeky they have been in the reply!

 

i wont be shopping there again!

as you have stated,you payed £103 for it,this should be suffiicient

motivation to ensure that you take adequate care, and also responsibility

for any damage done to your outfit.

 

if you bought the outfit last year,this suggests that you have had the items

for a considerable length of time,and has also worn it a considerable amount

of times.

we are not prepared to exchange,or offer any other mode of recompense for

your items.

proof of purchase is needed in all good returned to the shop.

i use to [censored] for designers clothes co and they were pretty good at testing items that were returned even up to yr later.

I've never had any probs with cyber dog - as long as their hand washed tho the tops wash fine in the machine.

The worst rip-off I had happened at md wk drinks last wk as as those of ya there know!!! My trousers comepltely ripped so by end of nite the whole arse was out!! was only 3rd time I wore 'em and coz i bought them in Canada (they was designer n not cheap ) can't take 'em back

i know what you mean though, i have a top from psiclone in birmingham and you cant wash that - only wipe it with a cloth bastards take it into the shop and see what they say
