I disagree. I wouldn't say it was blatant. When James interpreted it as a post by Jay using Phil's account, it did create a doubt in my mind as to whether Phil posted it.

right - it doesn't even look like Jay logged in as Phil and posted it. it doesn't even look like a proper quote. he just put [Jay] and {/Jay] around what he wrote.

 

James should've at least checked whether Jay had at any time posted that. its not good practice to take what rr says as gospel.

1) this is nothing to do with what Kether said about Ben. that's nowt to do with Jay.

 

2) Phil_rr posted (as a joke) 'as' Jay - by putting [Jay] and [/Jay] round what he said.

 

3) James didn't see the joke and thought Phil was quoting Jay and banned him.

 

I'm just trying to get Jay unbanned cos he can't do anything himself - he can't post.
