Just found out I'm flying to Newcastle tomorrow for [censored] to fix a server.... Deep joy!

Has anyone got any recomendations on what/where to go out a Saturday/Sunday if I get finished in time? Or if anyone's heading out in the City Centre let me know...

Just don't fancy being a sad bastard and being sat in my hotel room on my tod on a Saturday night...

 

Any info/offers let me know or text/call....

Im from there but will not be there this weekend as im in uni in Stoke.

 

What type of night to u wanna go out on? Like a hard clubbin night or bars etc?

 

If hard dance is what u want then u could try tall trees in yarm, its about 1 hour away from newcaste but they host a night called "good greef" which is always good! The venue is soooo smart aswell. Alternitivley there is Shindig which is on on sat nights but i have no idea anout this night as ive never been.

 

If you fancy gettin pissed then have a look down the quayside. There are some nice bars down there which stay open quite late n u cud follow them by a club- the favs are "the boat", classy joint with a revolving dance floor!!! Or "Baja Beach club"- bikini clad bar tenders are always a fav with the men!

 

Go see a newcastle match, thatll make your weekend all worth it !

I'm booked into the Premier Lodge which is right by the Quayside from what I can recall so I'll see... just didnt fancy being a billy-no-mates drinking by myself....

 

Baja bar place sounds good though

Stayed in the Copthorne just before Christmas, didn't make it due to the fact that it was the weekendf before crimbo and it was really busy (we were going to try shindig for a bit of house) Make sure you wrap up warm and if you are looking for somewhere to eat, try Uno's a great little restaurant, if a little rowdy....Frankies platter hmmmmmm

Thanks for the recomendation of the resturant too.. I'll try and give it a go.. I hate these trips by yourself though, so if anyone's about just shout.. my boss has said the beers are on him this weekend so my credit card could get a hammering
