i know! every [censored] time! never again u tell yourself, not after this tiem, i feel like shite, but sure enough u go out and its gets u end up getting all over some minger, by the end of it u just wanna but someone suggests a and the next thing u know its all gone PETE TONG!

i know the feelin, i went for 1 drink yesterday n spent the afternoon in the pub,was supposed to go out last nite to a club in cov, but was too pissed, so just went to my mates local, n ended up stayin up all nite,now im at [censored],had about an hour's sleep, n im goin to ss tonite, to top it all off, im workin tomorrow aswell, can things get any worse, but ss should be bangin', bring it on!!

3 weeks later you do it again? Bloody hell that's a long time, usually for me it's about 3 days later

costs far too much to make me really mega ill, but i tend to get fairly bad hangovers pretty often, should probably stop doin it at some point

For every alcoholic drink u have , drink a glass of water in between, def works 4 me,cranberry is also spose to [censored] tho not grat fan of it, also ironically have found 5htp works!
