hes one harsh bloke to work with, iv worked with some short tempered chefs but he is psyco

What makes him think he's so fookin special? Just coz he's a famous chef doesnt make him the be all, end all of being a chef.

obviously it does as hes been voted the countries best chef 6 years running, iv tasted his food when he ran the Counaught.......iv never had anything else like it in my life, the difference was unreal

OK....so he may have been voted the best cook or whatever but it still doesnt give him the right to talk to people like shit.
