Nobody in his kitchen has to be there. They're there cause they want to be. They've got the opportunity to be trained by one of the worlds best chefs and the potential to go on and earn fuck loads of money. Suppose they could go work in Burger King

exactly, id give up my career if i knew i had a chance of working with him, you would be made for life & running your own very high class resturant if you had his name on your CV. its as high in the rankings that you could possibly go
