Ok, Here's an idea that were probably gonna be putting into action on UK-Scene.

 

At every meetup how about having a whip-round of all members where everyone chips in say a quid or something. Now everyones gonna have a quid in there pocket arent they and I doubt anyone will refuse especially if it's going straight back into CTW.

 

It may not generate massive income but at least its something towards covering costs etc.

That sounds good enough to me.

 

Also, how about putting up a sticky in the Suggestion forum, for what ppl would like TO SEE on CTW.

 

i.e - CTW radio feature. CTW DJz can send in mixes and be played over our very own CTW online radio. Sumthing like that would be sumthing for the users to be proud of. They would be involved in keeping good features running on the board.

 

i.e - Hosting our own night. Our very on venue, with our very own choice of DJz just for CTW.

 

etc etc

 

But in order to acheieve sumthing like this and make CTW even better than it already is, ppl will have to contribute. Coz at the end of the day, it's for us all to enjoy.

Radio, Live mixes & DJ mixes is all something we want on the site but at the moment we dont have the bandwidth or the space to do it. For that we need a new server & a lot of money to be able to afford it!

well i'm willing to hoast sum of the ctw images if it will easy up the bandwidth a lil

 

i also recon ctw should get a % of the fee that the ctw dj is getting 4 the ctw gigs - tis only fair as their playing thier cuz of ctw

Apart from the fact that we are having to pay them in the first place!!
