The only MP3 mixing system i'd consider using is Final Scratch. Part of what i enjoy about mixing using conventional methods is the sense of achievement you get when pulling off a perfect mix

 

I cant help thinking that by taking the skill of beatmatching away, most of the excitement goes with it

Using anything but vinyl (including CD's) takes most of the elements away.

 

I'm a vinyl man through and through!

 

However i was interested at the time.........
