i thought irland was big on techno - i meen thier massive BXR nuts from what i've heard

 

99% of all the irish ppl i know r picotto freeks

 

picotto and bxr aint what i call techno

 

of couse piccotto and BXR r techno. the last 3 times i've seen picotto play, his played twisted techno beats. granted he used to play trance 2 or so years back but he dont ne more. and granted BXR leans 2wards the more trancy side of techno, but its still techno and theres still really tough twised acid techno being released on BXR all the time, the just dont make it over the ocean as oftern as the trancy stuff does.

 

i meen i deffo wouldnt call BXR & picotto hard house, house, dnb, garage, rnb, regay, or even trance - so whats left? techno

Its just one of those things different ppl see differently.

One mans trance is another mans techno.

 

Agree that Mr Hawtin and Mills wouldnt take too kindly to Picotto being put in the same genre as them though.
