whats your oppinion?

 

anyone been hynotised? heard good but also bad

 

been thinking about this since my doctor recomended this to me last year, and seeing something on TV has just made me think of it again

 

i have a big fear of drowning, so much so if i see someone struggling under water or drowning on TV i hold my breath & panic.....but even though i know im doing it i cant stop myself but strangly i am fine with water & even completed all my life saving tests to be a life guard

 

it may seem stupid but i have passed out on numerous occasions which can be kinda embarrassing when at the cinema.....so much so i havent been in 2 years because of it

 

I would love to have it done Lou, the only fear I have is being hypnotised, i would ahve to have someone with me, I think

I would love to be hypnotised, though.

Lou I was hypnotised to stop smoking 2 years ago and have remained a non-smoker since. It's really cool. Sit back and relax, the person who hypnotises you will speak and ask you to close your eyes and calmyour breathing, you will go off into a state of subconciousness, you are aware of whats going on but so relaxed and calm, however if you wanted to stop at any moment you could.

 

Go for it and see how it works out for you.

OMG, does anyone actually believe that crap...?

my hubby has lots of books on hypnotism, and self hypnosis, only problem is the courses are alot of money....which is holding him back atm....but yeh i tried it and i panicked so i stopped the cd...i always think i am going to not wake up and have a panic attack....but i will try again...to help me give up smoking......
