I do 200 press ups almost everyday. Not all at the same time tho, i do as many as i can and then stop and then do some more etc until ive done 200.

i used to do alot of training back when i was doing roller blading (aggressive and downhill) but i had a accident and had to stop for a while... i also used to do martial atys, the i got banned lol, so i stopped training for that, and i been studio based for about a year, so im definantly not as fit as i used to be, just waiting for the warmer weather so i can start blading again..yay grin.gif

I'm a lazy bugger and don't do any .. but I still seem to be toned .. think I must do em in my sleep!

Ha Ha I walk to the car every time i go out

 

 

Use free weights & do a few press ups most days

& if i don't go to an after party i seem to speed round my house cleaning for hours ( wonder if its something i take ? ) .

Gym 4/5 times a week -

20 mins cardio per day

tues - chest, triceps & abs (4 sets of 15 reps chest) and at least 30mins abs

wed - legs

thurs - shoulders & abs again

fri - biceps & back

 

Sat & sunday off to go clubbing!!

 

I find it really helps me recover after a weekend a lot quicker going in the gym plus helps lift your spirits!

Try to do 30 mins on exercise ski-walker thing every day, and 50 sit-ups. Can't really do gym [censored] and free weights after my accident...trying to get a physio appointment to get that sorted

Used to do a lot of sit-ups and press ups and a few little weights. Slacking recently tho.

 

The problem I have is that I can never get into a routine for excercise shrug.gif

None at all, unless you count sex and dancing, oh and pushing down the pedals in the car!
