March 28, 200322 yr I do 200 press ups almost everyday. Not all at the same time tho, i do as many as i can and then stop and then do some more etc until ive done 200.
March 28, 200322 yr CTW Producers i used to do alot of training back when i was doing roller blading (aggressive and downhill) but i had a accident and had to stop for a while... i also used to do martial atys, the i got banned lol, so i stopped training for that, and i been studio based for about a year, so im definantly not as fit as i used to be, just waiting for the warmer weather so i can start blading again..yay http://bos.abavagada.net/oddfiles/djelementalonline.jpg

March 28, 200322 yr CTW Promotors Gym 4/5 times a week - 20 mins cardio per day tues - chest, triceps & abs (4 sets of 15 reps chest) and at least 30mins abs wed - legs thurs - shoulders & abs again fri - biceps & back Sat & sunday off to go clubbing!! March 28, 200322 yr CTW Members Try to do 30 mins on exercise ski-walker thing every day, and 50 sit-ups. Can't really do gym [censored] and free weights after my accident...trying to get a physio appointment to get that sorted
