None at all, unless you count sex and dancing, oh and pushing down the pedals in the car!

 

exactly my type of exercising!!!! i plan on start on doing sit-ups-godknows when tho!

quite a fit few people here, NOW, how often do you lot REALLY do this. I know sarah and capn_jack do. but the rest, i don't know, lol.

I try and do about 100-150 sit ups a day. Maybe more. But ya gota be carefull ya dont pull any muscles!

 

Are you fit? Do u excercise regularly?
