Just had someone phone up about a parcel, he wasn't our customer, and it wasn't our depot that was delivering it. He was being arsey, and swearing, so I took the company line of "You need to contact the people who sent the parcel". He kept saying they wouldn't help, an getting more arsey with me, so I just kept to proper company policy instead of being helpful. Eventually he said "Don't [censored] bother" and hung up. That'll teach him not to be courteous and respectful to me
