plenty of chicken & mushrooms (whole) but phil dont like mushrooms so its plain & boring chicken

chunckily cut onions for starters!!!

I make a mean chicken biryani, it's too much effort to write out the ingredients though

oh yeah, forgot onions, except that i prefer tiny pieces and i used shallots today which are a real pig to cook with as they're so small

For some strange reason, raisens go nice in curries. Cant stand them on their own though.

 

I was gonna suggest kidney beens but they are better in chillis
