My job - Customer Services

Credit Control - Being a franchise, if head office decide to [censored] up people's accounts, it is our job to sort it out, and who's responsibility would that be - Customer Services

Sales - Our sales manager is on 3 weeks honeymoon, so anything that involves customers goes to - Customer Services.

Operations - One of the girls has gone off sick, so who has to cover for her - Customer Services.

 

Why couldn't I have become some dossy, surly IT support git, instead of actually giving a [censored]....roll on Rock Stardom

You have my sympathy Sir..... well, about as much as you can get from a surly, dossy IT geek!

It just gets worse, now it is are job to phone people up and tell them we don't want their business any more!!!

 

I think the need for a payrise is an understatement!!
