    i would pertain that, technically speaking, eating chocolate is not a crime.

     

    It is however a sure fire way of increasing your trouser size, till u get to the point where im at and have to buy clown trousers so they will fit round ur arse

    Eating chocolate may not be a crime in it self, but eating too much will help you gain weight and when you weigh too much you could kill someone if you sat on them. So in a way it may contribute to a MURDER! (said in scotish policeman style).
