i have been on a detox/healthy eating plan/starvation diet for a couple of weekends and it was going really well

 

then this morning i weighed myself after a week of eating this this --->

 

and i have put 2lbs it's soooo unfair

awww, but then it's detox, not diet hon. Have you been doing any extra exercise?? if so, that could be why, as muscle is heavier than fat

iv been on a diet for a few months now & doing exersize....but im going doctors on wednesday for more blood tests because iv never been so healthy in my life but put on 1 1/2 stone since christmas, testing for and under active thyroid gland

or could it be love & contentment

im not content, far from it, wish i was.
