Expanded the notification of Private Messages via email by showing you the actual message, and who it is from inside the email. Great way to keep up with your PMs when you don't have time to browse the site. Also changes the subject of the email to contain the actual subject of the PM as I sometimes have 50 "You Have New Messages" messages.

If you have email notification of Private Messages on (in profile settings), and you click "save a copy" when sending a PM, a copy to save will be emailed to you.
