I'm fed up with all this bollox about *you're on my guestlist* etc, then to turn up at the club only to find that none of the names that people had given were on the list.

From now on, you can all stick your poxy *VIP guestlists* up your arse.

I've sussed it out now anyway - people only offer things like this as a form of free advertising for their night. Guaranteed that the promoter is on comission of the door money, so they blag their arse off to you to get you up there, cos once you're there, they know you're not gonna turn and walk away if you're not on the guestlist - you'll accept the *concessional* entrance fee that's usually offered and go on into the club anyway.

AGREED - please also see my post regarding 'guest-lists' and supposed 'VIP' lists. Its also time guest lists were back to what they are meant to be again
