took me an hour and 15 mins to go to the station and back to drop a mate there as most of the city centre is closed off because of the football etc. It should have been a 15 min round trip.

i didn't know about it all being closed off til we got there, plus we were trying to get to a certain train which he would have missed if he had have walked, which we missed anyway cos fo the shit traffic but thats not the point

 

plus it was raining, and i don't really feel like walking thru town when the stadium may be kicking every1 out due to the end of the match at any minute and the streets then being filled with drunken twats looking for fights

random fact: i've walked through queen street carrying a full size Tommy Lee Jones men in black cinema cardboard cut out.
