It's nowhere near as good as the first tune you played me...? The very first track you sent me a link to (by PM) was much more professionally produced.

 

A little feedback on your tune:

* The "bell" like melody instrument is a bit naff/lightweight. It's the sort of thing you'd expect in a Christmas record.

* It sounds very badly quantised, as if you've played it live.

* IMHO 150bpm is unnecessarily fast ... like Russ says, if you make the beats and bassline a bit tougher, chunkier and more rhythmically interesting, you won't have to resort to such a fast BPM. There are fuck-all decent trance DJs who play stuff that fast.

 

The melody is alright but a bit happy-clappy. Go back to doing the sort of stuff you did before mate!

ah cheers - your right it sounds much better at 138bpm - i was orginally following the orginal which was at 150bpm

added new layers - tweeked the mastering for a richer sound - this version is still at 150bpm tho - its 5am and i cant be bothered to resync all my arp's to 135bpm - i'll do it later
