Yes, I'm back on customers again. You may or may not know I work for a parcel carrier, in customer services. That means I talk to the same people every day about parcels we are delivering for them. One of my customer's phones up today and says "Was this parcel delivered yesterday?" I reply "Yes it was"..she says "I know, it was just dumped on the doorstep".

 

If she knew it had been delivered why ask the [censored] question. Yes, it shouldn't have been dumped on the doorstep, so how about a "Hi, I want to complain about this consignment". I have no problems with that, but asking a question just so she can score points of me. It's not big, it;s not clever, and it isn't the way to behave with someone you work with everyday.
