i've just had a customer on the fone for over an hr, had to pass it to a supervisor, only for my mate to say somethin about the customer without him bein on mute! now the customer is making complaint to the manager of the department, over one day's loss of service, which is 30p! the cheek of it, fookin wanker!

Shouldn't make comments until you are sure they are gone... Also what is 30p to you may be a hell of a lot more to them...

it was on a conference call so when he put it on mute, he thought the customer wouldnt have heard, n u didnt hear the way he was being, i'm sure if it was u, u wouldnt have liked the way he spoke to us, n 30p is fcuk all, sorry but he's wound me up so much, there is no need for this, on his notes, hes been like this with loads of people, hes a twat, who just fones up to give it loads to people
