ive been on and off work at the minute cos i'm really ill i may loose the job for this i cant help been so ill......i cant say what's wrong with me but it's quite serious now im worried i wont have a job 2 go back 2

You're work shy and tyhe bosses have sussed you. I'd start looking for new job. Oh and yes they do have the right.

It depends on the type of contract you have, how long you have been there & how long you have had off sick as to what they can do.

the thing is i work in a cold place and i've been 2 ill...... i don't no what 2 do i'll chat 2 u on messanger

what, you can't tell us, or can't tell your employers?

 

you'll need to tell them what the problem is, otherwise they can't help, and are bound to think you're just skiving.

have you been to a doctor? if not go, and get a sick note. they have the right to ask for a sick note after 5 days.

i've been there for 5 weeks nw but i have something quite serious wrong with me i thaught health comes first i've nearly collapsed at work a few times

i'm going 2 the docs at 20 past 2 i'm doing 2 try get a sickline off the docs

right well just make sure you've told your employers and got a note, i'm sure they'll understand and keep a job waiting for when you get back, it's not your fault you're ill.
