Me too, but once you start piggin out, it's hard to stop.

I very rarely do it but tonight it kinda went a bit pear shaped!

Since I stopped canin it every w/end I've put on half a stone - not fair Don't even think I eat any different - guess not burnin up the calories dancin enuff!

Pigged out tonite too - just had cadburys cream egg n maltesers

Ive put on a stone since xmas but feel a lot better for it - still toned though just not so thin

yeh can c ya toned hun!! thats my prob, need to firm up... but 4 three kids im not doing to bad, bit flabby!!

That's a significant gain, even when you're my weight... For me the difference between being 9 stone (seriously underweight) to what I am now.
