Im desperate to pack in the fags, but i bloody can't! Im doing quite well, but then every time i go for a drink, i HAVE TO have one. help!

and i agree smokin is the most disgustin habit, there is absoloutly no point 2 it.

I bene on the patches the Doc prescribed me since friday - thats 4 days without a fag. And it's great! No mood swings either
