it is an officially accepted belief that since you usually have 3 courses, and no one ever eats the starters, u can replace the starters wiv a pudding.

 

thereby having the main course, and two puddings, which is nicer

 

gaining the middle nickname (like "maverick" in top gun) "two pudding"

toffee pavlova with loadz off cream

I'm not really a pudding person, don't have much of a sweet tooth.
