Iv had nought but problems from day one with em!! first 4 days I had an engineer out, 4 days running....

 

so fogive me if im a little pissed off at the mo, but the people you work for really need to sort it!!.. not aimed personnally at u ok!!!

NTL's customer service IS [censored]. Full stpo. Half of the customer service side don't know how to do there job...MY side deal with most of it coz its fobbed onto us coz they can't be fuckin bothered!!

 

Iv recieved well [censored] service from them..I was put on 1MEG connection when I didnt even ask for it before! I argued for, roughly a month to get that refunded onto my account! They also charged me £80 for a months bill..when they clearly got it wrong! The service they offer is [censored] tbh...but apparently, it's being improved on.

 

We can only live in hope.

we get passed around aswell, n we work here, it is a joke i know, n it does my head in tryin to deal with customers when other departments wont help u

Iv just had to deal with a complaint from a customer regarding an agents attitude. Had to get my TM on the phone.
