Yeah, Passions on every saturday. The Red room sessions are always good. I went to the one that X press2 played at. It was really good if you're into a bit of the old funky stuff.

Oh, and I saw tim deluxe a couple of months ago, at keele uni. It was full of annoying pissed up students. Me and my mates were the only ones 'avin it. At the end of the night he came up to us to thank us But he was really good, played a few special tracks that I hadn't heard before, or since.

 

What am I doing? I'm talking about funky in a post that was about storm. Sorry, I'll get my coat.......

you was at red rooms birthday with xpress 2 was that one with jon carter as we was there, im not a funky house person myself but the red room was good and my m8 is jon carters cousin

Yeah, thats the one. They'd build a dj box acrosss the left hand side of the room hadn't they. I was on the podium to the right of it all night. I left earlyish though cos I was with some light weight friends that just can't hack it anymore. I think some of my mates are going tomorrow, if I wasn't going to SS I'd definatly be tempted. Its worth going to the RR sessions even if its just to admire the foxy ladies it seems to attract
