Has ANYONE had ANY experience with the General Music Workstation Studio keyboard, GEM s2 Turbo ?

 

Its a giant from the mid 80's with a 16 track sequencer, totally programmable synth, on board sampler with filters.

 

I've never found a source to

 

a: upgrade the o/s

b: upgrade the RAM (I wont even mention how little it has)

c: disconnect the floppy to add a zip drive

d: configure it to be Cubase Friendly ?

 

(I know the machine inside and out but have FAILED to get my head round the above)

 

 

GEM on the web dont support it, cant find any support sites and I put my head in my hands when I KEEP having to put the fooking date back as its probably the only bit of kit IN THE WHOLE SODDING WORLD that wasn't Y2k compliant... this I know I can do nothing about..

 

ANYONE OUT THERE ?
