Yeh getting a new job.

 

I could get a transfer, but we are the only office in britain who offer Technical Support to Britain. So that would mean I would have to go for a job in the customer service department if I wanted a transfer - but I don;t want to do that, I want to stay in I.T and aim higher!

 

Im learning HTML, Java and basic programming at the mo, so that will get me sumwhere in a few years time!

    Either way, when I finish my shift - the day is more or less over! In winter just gone, i would come into work when it's dark, and finish, when it's dark.

    I guess it's a good job i LOVE my job role.

    Maria whats it like working for NTL? They have a call centre in leeds near my house, am working in a call centre at themoment but want to change to another company as getting very bored.
