When I first start to post something, all the smiley are dancing and giggling and doing whatever. When I paste the first one into my post, they all stop. And then I can't work out what they do. I know they're all different and stuff but actually, some are a bit similar and I forget which one waves, which one wiggles its bum etc.

Is there a way to keep them alive?

It happens on mine too.

I've got a question, I keep getting a fan fair noise every now and again? why?

Basically they're all animated images. The browser is displaying them by looping through the frames of the animation.

Sounds like your browser is stopping the animation when you click on one. Don't know why, what browser are you using ?

On MY browser you can set whether images loop once, forever or not at all

Loops shmoops I was hoping for something simple

But cheers Fred. Also, I'm actually using a work PC so I couldn't adjust the settings even if I knew how

 

Nevermind I think getting used to them is the key as someone said - will just have to post LOADS AND LOADS every day (poor CTW)
