Can anyone give me an idea about how to actually access my emails???

 

Everytime I sign in and try it just gives me the option of upgrading my account for 19.99!! So I click on the top activate Hotmail account, which then prompts a password entry, I enter my password and it gives me the a#same bloody screen as before. I am ready to kick the [censored] out of my computer

 

Anyway, advice would be well received!!

Agreed Maria, I had the same problem with the theiving bastards, I [censored] hate them, Yahoo are much better, go with them, they give you 6mb FREE and thats enough for daily emails.

How often do you log on ?

No, if you open up a new one it wont even let you in, thats the worst thing, they charge you that amount so you cant check your emails unless you gon in there.

No i just set it up today, just wanted to read my intro message. Cant figure the fucker out!!

If you are not sure what e:mail client you are using (duh) - go to www.msn.com and sign in that way.

 

 

If you are still having the problem, Send them an e:mail regarding the account in question but make sure you tell them to respond to a different e:mail. They are usually pretty good with answering any queries. Iv never had a problem with their customer services.

Okay I see, yea I am on hotmail definately, I will try emailing them. Its not really a big urgent thing, it just pisses me off when I cant get things like this to work. Yahoo is much more friendly.

Yeh they are superb imo.

 

They longest they have taken to get back to me is 2 days. With Microsft being a large company n all that, I think that is pretty good customer service.

 

All their answers regarding my queries have also been very detailed, therefore helpfull!

 

 

Nope, it still wont work, they want £19.99 off you.

 

Just log direct into MSN and go from there.
