Help!

I have had so many thoughts and emotions run through my head in the last 10 mins that my mind broke down and i burst into tears!

I've had stress coz of many exams this week , joy coz i'm happy with my fella , excitement coz i get my new car this week , happiness coz i go on holiday in a couple of weeks , nervousness from exams this week .
