They are [censored], they said my account was fine, but i had to re-register, when i tried FIVE times, they still couldnt help!!

Hmph some customer service, they then tried to tell me that there systems were down!

so they have lost my business, and i think you should all boycott the twats!!!!

    Freeserve have been OK with me so far, knowing a bit about PC's, I have never had to phone them, and never had problems connecting

    we went on broadband it took at least 5 hours to get on becasue they were over loaded, they said it could be anything between 1 week to 6 months to sort out. In the mean time they told us it was the computer then it turned out nothing was wrong with it. So we have gone back on to freeserve anytime again for the time being. Forgot to mention they charged us for both freeserve anytime and broadband what a [censored] services.
