have a pain in my back both sides just above my pelvis bone abd I'm trying to work out if its my kidneys or something else.

Its typical though, stop going out clubbing for 5 weeks and then just as I want to go on a big nite out this weekend I'll end up with a kidney infection.

 

maybe my detox should of included alcohol.
