It's right up there with Essential Mix 1 (Tong/Oakey) and MoS Annual 2, Sasha and Digweed Northern Exposure and Cream Live.

 

The tune selection is awesome, managing to stay the funkier side of things, but it really pounds away, heavy and dubby for a "prog" CD, and some of the tracks are just incredible... esp the opener on CD1, Francois K's remix of "Diamond Life" by Lil' Louie Vega. Amazing notworthy.gif

 

If you've not heard of Deep Dish then don't bother reading this.

 

I seriously challenge anyone to listen to this CD and not at least acknowledge the production and mixing nod.gif
